About CERT
Certified Emergency Response Training is a nationally recognized independent training agency providing instruction in Health, Safety, and Wellness. Including basic and advanced training in both first aid and CPR. Our program is recognized and accredited by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). As such, we meet and exceed all applicable standards for workplace safety training.
At CERT, We pride ourselves on applying the highest standards in facilitation and adult education to our programs. We strive to create the perfect balance of education, entertainment, and interactive learning in our courses. Excellence in learning is achieved through customized workplace-specific courses. Learning is reinforced through hands-on scenarios that have been created to be workplace specific and presented in a fun and interactive environment. CERT students leave the classroom with enthusiasm and confidence.
Our Team
CERT has been in operation since 1999, our team consists of formally trained adult educators, health and safety specialists, emergency first responders, firefighters, paramedics, nurses, health practitioners, and Medical, Chiropractic and Naturopathic Doctors. CERT is equipped to been providing training to corporate clients, government agencies and community groups. Our Head office is located in Toronto we but we have recently expanded and opened offices located in Niagara Falls, Toronto, Windsor, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, and Saskatoon.
